Step 1: Review the NOAA Small Boat Standards and Procedures Manual, and then take the SBS&PM Policy Test either here via Google Form or over in CLC. Email the date(s) only of your review & passing test score to hope.ronco@noaa.gov. The test was updated recently so please take it regardless of the timing of your previous review/test.
